Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
You'll also have the option to choose your shipping service at checkout. You can browse and shop in your local currency by selecting your location from the dropdown menu on the top righthand corner of our website.
USA & CANADA:
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days
Express shipping: 2-6 business days
Please use the tracking number provided to track your order with USPS or your local postal service (example: Canada Post).
AUSTRALIA:
AusPost Standard shipping: 2-6 business days
AusPost Express shipping: 1-3 business days
NEW ZEALAND:
AusPost Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
AusPost Express shipping: 2-5 business days
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard shipping: 6-15 business days

Every customer receives a shipping notification with their tracking number once the parcel leaves our Warehouse. Please check your spam.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TRACKING
When you order from outside Australia, please note that once your package reaches your country, it is transferred to your local delivery service for final delivery. This means that updates on the AusPost tracking page may stop once your local service has taken over.
To ensure you receive the most accurate tracking information, we recommend using the AusPost tracking code on your local delivery service’s website once the package arrives in your country. Your local service may attempt to deliver the package, and if you're not aware of a delivery attempt, it could be returned to us if unclaimed.
Please Note: We are not responsible for packages returned due to missed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels. After customs clearance, the package is typically handled entirely by your local postal service, so please keep an eye on your tracking status through your local service’s website to avoid missed deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Customs and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs.
These charges differ by country and LOUVE is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
LOUVE is unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the corresponding depot, you will be emailed your tracking number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. LOUVE is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
LOST & STOLEN PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. LOUVE is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed with us, our team begins processing it promptly to ensure quick dispatch and delivery. Due to this streamlined process, we regret to inform you that we generally cannot accommodate changes to orders after they have been placed.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you might wish to modify your order. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact our customer support team via email as soon as possible at: info@collectionlouve.com. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in the processing stage.
If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order. You will instead have the option to repurchase from our store, and return the incorrect item once received, or await the incorrect product(s) and then return for an exchange. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase. We encourage customers to double-check their items, shipping address, and other order details to ensure accuracy.

Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
