We aim to process your order within 2-4 business days. All our orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post or DHL. 

AUSTRALIA

  • $10 standard delivery (3-6 business days for metro and up to 13 business days for rural)
  • Free standard delivery for orders above $149 or pay $5 extra to upgrade to express shipping.
  • $15 express delivery (1-2 business days for metro or 3-4 business days for rural)

All domestic deliveries are shipped through Australia Post. Tracking is available. Should you require a signature upon delivery please contact infolouvecollection@gmail.com 

 

THE NETHERLANDS

  • $15 standard delivery (5-12 business days).
  • Free standard delivery for orders above $199.
  • $30 express delivery (2-4 business days)

INTERNATIONAL

  • $20 standard delivery (5-20 business days).
  • Free standard delivery for orders above $199.
  • $30 express delivery for New Zealand and Asia (Selected Countries) (2-4 business days)
  • $35 express delivery for Europe, USA, Canada & Mexico (2-4 business days)

All international deliveries are shipped through DHL and come with tracking. Express orders are shipped via DHL with signature upon delivery.

Asia Pacific: 5-12 business days
Everywhere else: 7-20 business days

Express shipping available (2-4 business days) to New Zealand, Asia (selected countries), Europe, USA, Canada & Mexico. 

All parcels sent overseas are shipped via DHL. Please enter your details & address in English only.

Louve Collection is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

CUSTOMS AND OTHER CHARGES

Customs and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and Louve Collection is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Louve Collection will charge you postage.
